Proven track record of generating qualified sales leads or bringing on new clients. Think on your feet and be comfortable in presenting and justifying results to C-level Officers, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven, outbound, business-to-business prospecting and appointment setting calling on Directors, Vice Presidents and C-level officers.
- Persuade and negotiate with people at any level of an organization.
- Resourceful, persistent, flexible, creative, and able to think on the spot while interacting with prospects or clients.
- Excellent email and communication skills and ability to explain just about anything to anyone over the phone.
- Superior multi-tasking, planning, problem-solving, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Thick-skinned and possess and demonstrate a “sales hunter” mentality. You see an objection as an opportunity.
- Thrive on handling rejection, making lots of sales call and ability to persuade others to meet.
- Consistent poise and focus during phone meetings and discussions, even if the tone is contentious.
- Strong working knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) or contact management software (CMS) like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Software.
- High proficiency in navigating around LinkedIn and Data.com.
- 3 or more professional references and open to personally arranging a call with a few of your past managers.
