Ray Ruecker is the Founder and Managing Director of Connect 5000, where he has spent the past 15 years helping companies nationwide accelerate growth through effective lead generation campaigns and sales prospecting strategies. His work has consistently enabled organizations to boost revenue, shorten sales cycles, and build strong business development foundations.
In addition to leading Connect 5000, Ray has served as an Acting Director of Sales for companies in transition, helping them establish prospecting systems, strengthen sales structures, and improve team performance until a permanent leader is in place. Prior to launching Connect 5000, he co-founded IT Lead Source, a firm focused on lead generation for software, technology, and consulting companies.
Ray earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He lives in the Kansas City metro area with his wife of 20 years, their two children, and the family dog.
Born in Saigon, Vietnam and adopted at a young age in California, Ray’s lifelong mission is to support and fund adoptions for families who wish to adopt but lack the financial means. Beyond his professional and philanthropic passions, he is an avid fan of the Kansas City Royals, Denver Broncos, and Kansas Jayhawks.

Emilee Grace Siniard
Emilee Grace brings a non-traditional path to business development that sets her apart. Before moving into tech and sales, she spent eight years in the dental field, advancing from assistant to registered dental hygienist. That experience shaped her ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide people toward meaningful decisions—skills that translate naturally into a consultative, people-first sales approach.
At Connect 5000, she focuses on lead generation, sales development, and building strong client relationships. With her healthcare background, she approaches conversations with empathy and intention, helping businesses grow through thoughtful, tailored outreach and genuine connections.
Outside of work, Emilee Grace stays busy with her husband, their two boys, and a lively home that includes a small farm with chickens, goats, a turkey, two dogs, and two cats. Whether it’s fishing, camping, or family time outdoors, she embraces the pace and energy of it all—bringing that same grounded, relationship-driven mindset into her work.

Danita Regehr
Danita is the Director of Finance and Accounting. She’s been with Connect 5000 since the beginning and is responsible for all aspects of their financial management, accounting, and payroll and has over 22 years of corporate accounting and finance experience.
Danita also provides financial leadership for various companies in the Kansas City metro.
She worked at Sprint as a finance analyst in the accounting and finance departments for 8 years before joining Connect 5000.
Danita has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Danita currently resides on a small farm in southwest Missouri where she raises cows and chickens.
An avid runner when not managing company books, Danita can be found with her husband chasing after their two sons. She’s completed 4 half marathons to date and another passion of hers is supporting Operation Underground Railroad, an organization that actively fights against child sex trafficking.

Alexa Wolforth
Alexa has been with Connect 5000 for over four years. She previously served as an Event and Marketing Coordinator, where she planned events, supported marketing initiatives, and managed timelines and deliverables, building strong skills in communication, organization, and relationship management that translate well into sales and client support.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing, giving her a solid foundation in both human behavior and strategy. Combined with her experience, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to client relationships and team collaboration, supporting a strong overall client experience.
Outside of work, Alexa enjoys time with her husband, Garrett, their two cats, and family and friends. She loves reading, exploring new places, and focusing on personal growth and meaningful connections.

Ron Jaramillo
Ron is the Director of Technology and Business Development. He’s worked at various companies in the corporate world serving as an IT Manager, IT Director, and IT Consultant. For 10 plus years, Ron was also the owner of a health and technology staffing firm. Ron has extensive experience in Technology, Management, and Recruitment.
Ron has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. He currently resides in the Kansas City metro area with his wife of 30 years, son, 2 daughters, 1 husky dog, and 2 cats.
Ron likes to run, spend time with family, attend church, and hit the golf course periodically. He’s very passionate about serving his church and helping people in need. He is also an avid Kansas Jayhawk, Chiefs, Royals, and sports fan.

Ashton Jarrell
As a Business Development Manager, Ashton has accumulated multiple years of experience working in various roles associated with client and business development. Prior to joining Connect 5000, Ashton dipped into the political world where she gained unique experience through fundraising for a North Carolina governor’s race. Her journey from political campaigns to her current role with our company is a testament to her adaptability and unwavering determination.
Ashton holds a Bachelor of Health Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and currently resides in Tampa, Florida with her boyfriend and maltipoo. As the oldest of four siblings, family is a core value for Ashton and she cherishes the time spent with family and friends.
Outside of Connect 5000, Ashton can be found cheering on the Kansas City Royals. She has the opportunity to travel around the country during baseball season and attends more than 100 games in any given season. While back home in Tampa, Ashton enjoys watching sunsets at the beach, cooking, going for long walks, cuddling with her dog, shopping sprees, and Thanksgiving.
